Biography and Education

Hello, my name is Samantha Cagle and I have been apart of the Rural Vale family for the past 7 years. I graduated from TPHS in 2014. After high school, I went on to get my Associates in Applied Science from Hiwassee. I then went to Liberty University and received my Bachelor's of Education in Special Education. I am now certified to teach Special Education K-12 and Early Childhood Education PreK-3rd.
