Hi, I’m Shannon Reed, and I’m thrilled to serve as an RTI Assistant at Rural Vale. As a mom to three amazing boys—Fisher, Colten, and Brody—my life is a joyful whirlwind of family and helping kids grow. I’m passionate about supporting children in their learning journey, and I bring that same love and dedication to my work every day.
I believe in creating a kind and compassionate space where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed. Outside the classroom, I stay busy volunteering with our local fire department, giving back to the community that means so much to me. With a heart for helping others and a commitment to nurturing young minds, I’m excited to be part of our school team, working to make a difference one student at a time!
