Biography
About me: I was born and raised here in east Tennessee my entire life. I went to school in McMinn county where I learned to love ELA. My passion for written and spoken language led me to pursue a degree in secondary English education from Tennessee Wesleyan University. I graduated from TWU in 2024 and began teaching shortly thereafter. I am grateful to have the privilege to teach 6-8th grade ELA at Rural Vale school. My main goal as an educator is to instill a passion and desire for language and learning in every student.
